Ending Support for Microsoft Windows 7

support for Windows 7 is coming to an end on January 14, 2020. Microsoft will no longer provide Technical support for any issues,  Software updates, security updates or fixes  for PCs running the Windows 7 operating system. Computers running the Windows 7 operating system will continue to work even after support ends. However, using unsupported software may increase the risks from viruses and other security threats. BtCIRT has been recently reported of few instance of system files being encrypted by a ransomware family called GandCrab, therefore we urge all users to be alerted and take precaution. 1.
