Mr. Kinley Tshering
Mr. Kinley Tshering is currently the Chief Project Manager at Thimphu TechPark Ltd (TTPL) handling the electronic patient information system (ePIS) project. Prior to joining TTPL, he worked at Druk Holding & Investments Ltd (DHI) and Bhutan Telecom Ltd (BTL), where he led development of in house Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects for SMCL, CDCL and NRDCL. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Application Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY and is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Mr. Phuntsho Rabten
Mr. Phuntsho Rabten currently serves as the officiating head for the Information Security Division in the Bank of Bhutan. He has completed his Bachelors in Computer Applications from Bangalore and Masters in Business Analytics from the University of Western Australia. He has been working with the Bank of Bhutan for 10 years.
Mr. Karma Tsheten
Mr. Karma Tsheten worked as a Network Administrator, Functional Lead for Project System and Document Management System Module in SAP ERP. He also worked as team lead in Carrier Ethernet Network for BPC and developed myBPC APP (Payment System). He also worked as IT manager in IT division at BPC. Currently, he works in the Support Service Division at BPC.
Mr. Kumar Gajmer
Kumar Gajmer currently works in NDI project with focus on product development. He had been with DHI for about a decade, working as IT Manager under Corporate Services. He started his career in IT in 2008 from a private IT firm, where he served as Software Engineer.After completion of his high school in Bhutan, he did his bachelor’s in information technology from Anna University, India. He is an ANU (Australia) graduate in Master of Computing with specialization in Software Engineering and Professional Computing.
Mr. Sonam Tobgay
Mr. Sonam Tobgay works as a Deputy Executive Engineer in the Market and Competitive Division, BICMA.
Mr. Tshering Tobzang
Mr.Tshering Tobzang currently works as Sr Analyst at Financial Intelligence Department, Royal Monetary Authority. He is the recipient of the Chevening scholarship 2021 funded by Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, United Kingdom. He has B.Tech in Information Technology from India and Master of Science in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics from the United Kingdom. His current research includes use of machine learning and deep learning in fraud and cyber attack detection.
Mr. Sangay Tenzin
Mr. Sangay Tenzin works as an Assistant Program Officer in the Department of Information and Media, MoIC.
